MONGOL KHAAN TRAVEL PHOTO CONTEST 2016

Real keen on taking photographs? We announce our first photograph contest for the 2015. You are welcome to submit your beautiful works and there is a great chance to win the contest. We will award our winners with 4 days/ 3 night wonderful trip to Khan Khentii protected area. Let you stay in one of our luxury GERs and take the stunning opportunity to take great photographs of the environment and attend exciting activities.

The 2015 Mongol Khaan Travel Photo Contest begins January 10 and ends in July 25, 2015. By submitting an entry, sending your work to photocontest.mongolkhaan@gmail.com, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.

Contest is welcome for individuals who have already traveled or living in Mongolia for certain period and for local citizen. Employees of Mongol Khaan Travel and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child), professional photographers, government employees may not attend in this photo contest.

Each entry consists of an entry form. To fill the form follow the link below and complete an entry form with the required information, including your name, telephone number, email address and send us your work to following email address.

The Categories for entries are “Nomad people”, “Mongolian nature”, “Mongolia places”. There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Each entry must comply with the following requirements.

Photographs should be in digital format JPEG or JPG, your submitted digital file should be lower than 10Mb or smaller, must be at least 1600 pixels wide or 1600 pixels tall. Photograph should not be previously submitted to any other contest.

The winners shall awarded with amazing four days sightseeing trip to Khan Khentii protected area, stay in Princess Lodge. Trip includes land transportation between winner’s home and Princess Lodge. Two night camp accommodation in Khan Khentii protected area and meals. Other exciting activities including ox-carting, bone fire, traditional game, nomad family visitation etc. Trekking in breathtaking scenery of Khan Khentii wilderness

A well photographic experts and marketing managers will select 3 entries in each category from among all eligible entries based on its “creativity”, “photographic quality” and “genuineness, authenticity”. In second part Judges will collectively select the best photographs and the highest score in creativity criteria will be declared the winner. 4 winners will be chosen around July 26th to August 2nd. Winners’ names will be shown in our official website photo contest page and an congratulations email will be sent to your email.

By submitting your photograph to contest, Mongol Khaan Travel is authorized to display your photograph in its official website and social medias by referring your name. But limited to reproduce, distribute,use in material publication. Display of any entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. Mongol Khaan Travel will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
