List of materials required in order to obtain Mongolian Visa
- A valid passport (validity date at least six months beyond the end of the applications intended period of stay in Mongolia)
- One passport sized photo (no older than last 6 months)
- Invitation letter (travel agency will send you an invitation letter after tour confirmation)
- Application form (visa_application_form_tourist_mongolia)
- Visa fee
Option-1) Single entry-exit, three months visa US$53
Option-2) Multiple entry-exit six months visa US$68, or for urgent service US$130 (within a working day).
Visa extension for one week US$15, or for urgent service US$30 (within a working day)

Refund Policy
In order to cancel your reservation you are required to send us an email of excuse 2 weeks before the date of tour starts. Within 2 weeks Mongol Khaan Travel can not comply your cancellation request due to retard. After receiving your cancellation request we will declare an issue email, in return you will send your bank account by email. Mongol Khaan Travel is not responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Mongolia is the country which has one of the lowest crime rate in the world. Since every state has crime, there are some pickpockets in the streets and inside the black market. Therefore you need to look after your passport and cash carefully in public places. Mongolia has very strict regulations about gun usage, therefore there is very low rate of crime with gun shot.
Mongolia is very beautiful all year around. The most convenient time to be in Mongolia is end of May to mid September. During summer season the nature is in beautiful scenery, also you will have a great opportunity to visit local nomads and do some spectacular interesting activities, visit most famous destinations.
